Unauthorised Additions and Alterations on Portion 10 of erf 1582 Broadway - 38 Northumberland Place

The work carried out is very minor building works. Most of this work was done by previous owners before the present owner and with the current owner unaware. Some internal alterations which was carried out prior to planning permission as the owner did not know at the time that these minor building works required plan approval. Overall, the external dwelling remains mostly unchanged in elevations.
