Gough Holdings (Pty) Ltd is proposing a small scale mine to mine for Chrome Ore, Cobalt, Nickel Ore,
Platinum Group Metals and Silver Ore endeavour (mineral exploration, excavation and mining) on the 5 hectares
of the Certain Portion of Portion 6 of the Farm Spruitfontein 341 JQ, situated in the Rustenburg Magisterial District,
North West Province and is approximately 20 Km from East of Rustenburg. The proposed project will include the
application for a mining permit which triggers a listed activity in terms of the Environmental Impact Assessment
(EIA) Regulations, Government Notice Regulations (GNR) 983 of December 2014, promulgated under National
Environmental Management Act (NEMA) (Act no. 107 of 1998) as amended.
