Remedial work is required to remedy the badly designed and built circa 1998/99 additions which have contributed to the current state of deterioration and the present dysfunctional state of the building.
The proposed alterations are largely to areas already altered and those areas which are located to the rear southwest side of the property. Ground level interior spaces will be re-arranged, a bathroom is to be added and rooms on the SW side of the property will be opened to the courtyard. The upper-level spaces will be reconfigured to accommodate the main living area with associated kitchen and scullery.
