Leago Environmental Solutions has been appointed by Real Development Planning Company as Environmental Assessment Practitioners. Real Development Planning Company is the Project Manager and Town Planner appointed by the Mpumalanga Department of Human Settlements on behalf of the Chief Albert Luthuli Municipality.
The project measures 85.66 hectares and the client intends to establish a township. An application for Environmental Authorisation will be lodged with the Competent Authority, Mpumalanga Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Land and Environmental Affairs in terms of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations of 2017 (as amended).
The proposed site is on the Remainder of Portion 0 of Carolina Town and Townlands 43 IT.
