Interim Comment

The SAHRA, DAU accepts the submission of the HIA. However, SAHRA requests that the applicant:

• updates the map on SAHRIS to include all preferred sites, roads and alternative sites 
• upload the DEIA and its appendices for the project to the case. 

The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1)b of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment. Further comments will be issued upon receipt of the above requested reports.
