Proposal Description
Dibotse PME is a commmunity organisation that is applying to mine sand at Ramokgopa village just outside Matoks in the Mole mole local municipality, Limpopo province.
The demand of sand in the area is increasing day by day both for private construction activities and infrastructure development by the Government Agencies. The primary reason for the local economic Growth can be attributed to the growth in infrastructure. Local Infrastructural growth is directly proportional to the availability of raw materials such as bricks, cement, sand etc., with the growing infrastructural requirement in South Africa, thus the demand of raw materials have increased geometrically.
Province(s): Limpopo
