Section P16-3 commences at the end of P16-2 (Qudeni) and continues in a north westerly direction ending at Silutshana and comprises of a 44.8 kilometers gravel road with an average width of 7.2m Nkandla Local Municipality under King Cetshwayo District (DC28). This road takes off at the end of P16-2 and intersects with P90 traversing in a north westerly direction.
