The drawings of 120/118 Florida Road must be revised to ensure that the new servery on drawing no. 002, status: SP, Rev:01 of Project No.2017-24 do not project past the bay-window.

The servery must be set-back at the side of the house so that features such as the bay-window is not compromised as it must be visible, even at an oblique view when cars or people pass the property since it is located in a conservatio area.
