NDWEDWE NB1 RSI PROJECT

Eskom proposes to deviate a line (Ndwedwe NB1) which is approximately 2km in length as part of its electrification programme. The project falls within the REM of 4667 Umvoti Location, Ndwedwe Local Municipality within the Ilembe District Municipality. The land is administered under the Ingonyama Trust and is part of the Qadi Traditional Authority. The current surrounding land use can be classified as rural residential.
Eskom has obtained rights on the property for this development through the wayleave agreement which is submitted as part of this application
