Proposal Description
Demolish:
The existing garage, as it limits the access to the rear of the site.
The existing servants quarters, this building was built with now concern towards servants using the building. It was built with single skin brickwork that has cracked and is not in good shape in terms of maintenance.
New additions and alterations to the main dwelling:
An extended kitchen, new lounge & guest lounge, new tv room, new dining room, new laundry, new entrance hall and a new first floor level with 3 bedrooms and
en-suites and a pyjama lounge.
New addition (Outbuilding): new garage and entertainment room on ground floor level, and new servant’s quarter, new home offices and a granny flat on the first-floor level.
The above will be the proposed Additions & Alterations to Erf 1272 Durban North at 26 Adelaide Tambo Drive, Durban North, KwaZulu Natal Drawing 24021-1000.
