Please be advised as follows: -

1. Although the servery at 120 Florida Road, where the new eatery is being developed, was set-back sufficiently (north west elevation), the seating area on the Roco Mama's side had a wall that extended far beyond the end of the bay-window and this visually obscured the front facade.
2. The wall of the eatery on Roco Mama's side or the southeast of the semi-detached historical building, must be set back.
