Please be advised as follows: -

1. The wall in front of 118 and 120 Florida Road was low enough, however the amount of posts were too much and compromised the permeability, the architects were advised to remove some of the square posts in front of both 118 (Roco Mama's) and on 120 (where the new eatery is being built). At present the revised 3D image shows that the amount of square posts are still too much where Roco Mama's is.

2. The serving desk, between the two bay-windows, on Rocco Mama's side, must be set back. 

3. Any roofing material must be light and permeable. 

4. Work can only continue after the architect and owner have received a stamp plan condoning illegal work as well as the condonation letter. Otherwise another fine can be imposed. Do not work until these documents were uploaded onto the SAHRIS-database. You will also receive a private message that it was uploaded.
