Please be advised as follows: -
- The group was unable to value the building since only photos of the elevations of the newly built home undergoing extension was uploaded. In order to add a valuation significance to the erf, all elevations/sides of the main building must also be uploaded
- Upload photos of the streetscape: neighbouring properties and addresse accross the street, to indicate whether there is a specific style or period of houses present in the streetscape.
- Taken into consideration that the analysing category is the Erf, the owner, or applicant must upload a drawing showing the original building as well as any other outbuilding or structure on the erf. All structures on the erf must be shown on the drawings, not only those that are affected by extension or additions and alterations.
Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected]within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
