Please be advised as follows: -

1. Please send different drawings for work already done, since the KZN Amafa & Research Institute must firts condone and stamp drawings of illegal work, before we can stamp and authorise a permit for new or proposed work. Accordingly 2 sets of drawings will be needed, numbered and coloured (elevations, floor plan, window and door schedules and site plan) for both the illegal work as well as another set for the proposed work.

2. Download and complete Form A for proposed work.

3. Remember to complete the new Form A, to give the cost of the scope of new work as well as the number of people to be employed. Since so far only Form I was submitted.

4. The Institute can only issue permits, condonation letters and stamped plans, once the owner has paid for the scope of new work.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] and [email protected]within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
