Large piece of Volo timber close to the mouth of Bushmans River (October 2024)

I’ve been informed that a large timber piece from the SV Volo (1896) has been displaced and shifted approximately 1.4 km down the beach toward the Bushmans River. Locals are concerned it could eventually drift into the river and become a hazard.
