Mpumalanga Power (Pty) Ltd is proposing to build a 18 megawatt (MW) commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) power plant in Kliprivier on Erf Waterval 150, on Portion 19 of the farm Waterval 150-IR, in the southern part of Johannesburg, Gauteng Province. The site covers 456.000 m2 and is located on the old Kliprivier country club, adjacent to the Twinsaver factory, approximately 20 km north of Meyerton.
