Proposed Farm 809 Gonubie Mixed Use Development Project, Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality, Eastern Cape Province

Striking View (Pty) Ltd proposes to rezone and subdivide Portions 4 & 5 of Farm 809, Gonubie, for
the purposes of a mixed-use development. The proposed development will comprise:
- Predominantly of a residential estate / residential erven with a residents clubhouse,
- Light industrial (warehousing) / commercial / business land uses proposed along the western
boundary of the study area (adjacent to the N2).
- Site Access and Internal Roadway.
- Private Open Space Areas
It is intended that municipal services (water, sanitation, electricity etc.) will be available and
provided for the proposed development which is panned over 72ha.
