Proposal Description
The East London Ward Extension 24-25 Link Line comprise of constructing and upgrading following existing powerlines:
- Up-grade SWER to 22kV Mink conductor a 8.8km to be constructed
- Up-grade SWER to 22kV Fox – 8.2km Three phase Fox
Build 9.3km Low Voltage (LV) backbone to align with new transformer and installation of 21 new transformers as indicated on the project KMZ file.
The development will be undertaken in Gwetu village in King William's Town within the Eastern Cape Province, under the Buffalo City Metropolitan Municipality.
