Final Decision

SAHRA requires additional information to be supplied in order to process this application:

• Firstly, the current application on SAHRIS is incorrect. A permit application in terms of section 36 of the National Heritage Resources Act, Act 25 of 1999 (NHRA) is required to be submitted, not a development application in terms of section 38 of the NHRA;
• The original HIA and summary of SAHRA comments and conditions, accompanying issued Environmental Authorisation must be uploaded to the pending permit application;
• The results and outcomes of the social consultation must be provided, including proof of the consultation i.e. attendance registers and minutes of meetings, signed agreements etc.

This application will be closed. This matter will be processed in the pending permit application as noted above.
