IZAZI MINING RESOURCES (PTY) LTD MINING RIGHT APPLICATION

Izazi Mining Resources (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter Izazi) has submitted a MR Application in terms of Section 22 of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act 28 of 2002 (MPRDA) to the Regional Department of Mineral Resources & Energy (DMRE Mpumalanga). Izazi intends to mine coal over the remaining extent of farm Highveld Industrial Park 1230 JS and a portion of Portion 36 of the Farm Elandsfontein 309 JS. The consolidated Farm Highveld Industrial Park 1230 JS property previously consisted of three (3) separate portions namely Portions 26, 37 and 46 of the farm Elandsfontein 309 JS. The proposed MR area is situated within the Emalahleni Local Municipality which forms part of the Nkangala District Municipality (NDM), Mpumalanga Province.
