Oude Molen Precinct

The Oude Molen Precinct has been identified by the Western Cape Government, custodian of the site, as a potential site for re-development. The concept proposal is for a large scale, sustainable, residentially led, mixed-use development, integrating education, affordable housing, public facilities and open spaces, while providing equitable access to cultural heritage and natural reserves.
