REFERRAL LETTER

Please be advised as follows: -

1. Send proof of the scope of work or a quantity bill to proof that the cost will only be R35 000;
2. Public Participation is necessary: please inform all the neighbours in a 100m radius regarding the proposed demolition of the building and parking planned; also add posters on the property, informing people of proposed demolition. A 30-day period is necessary for Public Participation.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] and [email protected]within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
