CONSTRUCTION OF HALF MY RIGHT PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE

The proposed construction of Half My Right can be accessed through R617 tarred road from Bulwer Town towards Howick turning right into a gravel road, at 9.4 km then travelling for about 4.9 km and turning left into another gravel road for 0.33km. The crossing will be adjacent to the road. The bridge will be built across Umkhoba stream linking Nkwalini and Eplazini villages and is in built up areas. The bridge position has earth tracks already used by people and the area has indigenous plants invested with alien vegetation.
