2. Secondly, complete all the plans, the information for Drawn by and Check by are empty. The plans will not be authorised and stamped if the missing information and signatures are not on each plan.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to  [email protected]within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
