Interim Comment

The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) notes the submission of the Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) and Palaeontological Impact Assessment (PIA) reports. However, SAHRA request that the Draft Environmental Impact Assessment (DEIA) report and its appendices be uploaded to the case. Further Comments will be issued upon receipt of the DEIA along with its appendices. The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1)b of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment. Further comments will be issued upon receipt of the above requested reports.
