Interim Comment
The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) notes the submission of the DSR, desktop PIA and HIA. SAHRA requests the applicant to upload the DEIA report and its appendices to the case. Further comments will be issued upon the submission of the DBAR and its appendices. The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1) of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment.
