Interim Comment
The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA), notes the submission of the PIA, HIA SSVR and the DSR. When the DEIA report, the Phase I HIA and PIA are available for review, the SAHRA requests that they be uploaded to the case. SAHRA will make further comments upon the receipt of the above requested documents. The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1) of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment.
