Please be advised as follows: -

1. Public participation must be done, including publishing the proposed work in at least two newspapers, a local newspaper, for instance the Witness as well as one dealing with the province such as the Mercury. Proof of the newspaper articles must be uploaded onto the SAHRIS-database;
2. Informing all the residents in a 100m radius surrouding the erf, of the proposed demolition, addition and alteration planned for the St Anne's Hospital, Lot 2822 being at 96 Jabu Ndlovu Street, Pietermaritzburg: produce a KLM-file and superimpose a radius of 100m around 96 Jabu Ndlovu Street and number addresses where registered mail will be sent too. Proof of registered mail must be uploaded onto the SAHRIS-database.
3. Add a poster on the walls surrouding the whole erf to inform the general public of propsed work.
4. A time frame of 30-days will be given from today for all public participation to be completed.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
