Mixed residential, tourism facility and filling station, Waagfontein

Environmental Impact Assessment for the proposed clearance of 37,48 ha of indigenous vegetation, located within a critical biodiversity area 2 (CBA 2), in order to establish a Mixed Residential Development located on Portion 4 of the Farm Waagfontein 89 JQ, Moses Kotane Local Municipality, North West Province. The Proposed development will also include the development and related operation of a facility that will store 115 cubic meters of fuel (Filling Station), a Hotel that sleeps 104 people (52 rooms) and 2 809 meters of 6 meter wide streets with a road reserve of 13 meters.
