Interim Comment

The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) notes the submission of the HIA, PIA and DBAR. However, discrepancies have been identified between the heritage reports (PIA & HIA) and DBAR (including the appendices). Specifically, the farm names, municipalities listed, and maps do not match. The applicant is required to revise the reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 19(1)b of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment. Further comments will be issued after receiving the revised documents.
