The following comments are made as requirement in terms of section 24(4)b(ii) of NEMA and section 38(8) of the NHRA:

  • The SAHRA DAU has noted the submitted specialist reports and recommendations therein.
  • However, a BAR, DSR or EIA report is required in order for the SAHRA DAU to issue a Final Comment for the proposed development.
