Please be advised as follows: -

1. On the submitted plan it states that the existing door will be removed and the wall will be partially demolished in the kitchen as part of the proposed work, however, on the photographs uploaded, this work was already completed. Accordingly, this constitutes illegal work and to rectify illegal work, Form I must be completed and;
2. R10 000 must be paid as an admin fee for rectification of illegal work.
