REFERRAL LETTER

Please be advised as follows: -

1. Complete Form A;
2. Take photos of all the elevations or sides of the main house from inside the property or erf, not from the street, since the wall is obtrusive and we need photos to grade the house and to see if work is illegally done;
3. Take photos of where the deck is proposed;
4. Submit a full set of previously approved drawings, numbered and coloured, including the elevation, site plan, floor plans, elevations and door and window schedules. From when the house was originally built up to present times.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected]within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.

THIS LETTER DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FORMAL APPROVAL OF THE PROPOSAL SUBMITTED TO THE INSTITUTE, UNAUTHORISED WORK CARRIED OUT ON THE ABOVE SITE WILL BE IN CONTRAVENTION OF THE KWA-ZULU NATAL AMAFA AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE ACT (5 of 2018)
