The establishment of a temporary asphalt plant and expansion of the existing aggregate stock pile site along the R539 in Schoemanskloof for the sole provision of road construction and surfacing material for the upgrading of the road.
The R539 is the alternative route along the trade corridor between Maputu (Mozambique) and Gauteng. TThe proposed development will occupy approx. 5Ha. A section of the site is ecologically totally disturbed while the remaining section is ecologically disturbed through cultivation activities over many years. he project is situated on a section of Portion 18 of the farm Elandshoek 302 JT Schoemanskloof, Mpumalanga Province.
