Please be advised as follows: -

1. Upload proof of public participation per registered mail of all erfs within a 100m radius of the property;
2. Taken into consideration that the house are valued as being of IIIC significance, there is a streetscape of Beria-style houses (Union Period), the client must upload a full set of plans, numbered and coloured including elevations, site plan, floor plan as well as window and door schedules.
