THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF A PIPELINE THROUGH THE HARTS RIVER, SCHWEIZER RENEKE, NORTH WEST PROVINCE

The overall development entails the construction of a pipeline to transport potable water from Bloemhof to Schweizer Reneke. The construction activities will be situated along the southern outskirts of the town of Schweizer Reneke where the Harts River flows from east to west along the border of the town. The development will involve a bulk water transportation pipeline which will be situated adjacent to the R34 tarred road and which crosses over the river as a below ground pipeline construction. The Harts River Bridge is located approximately 400 m south of the town of Schweizer Reneke. The construction activities will be undertaken within 30m east of the said bridge.

The proposed construction of a pipeline and associated infrastructure on the Remainder of Portion 24 of the farm Mimosa 61, HO and the Remainder of Portion 1 of the farm Schweizer Reneke Town and Townlands 62 HO, North West Province, Mamusa Local Municipality, North West Province.
