Interim Comment

In light of the recent submission, a field-based PIA must be completed prior to construction. Should the applicant fail to do so, a Cease Works Order in terms of section 35(5) will be issued, halting the development until the field based PIA is completed. 

The applicant must provide a letter of Undertaking that the field-based PIA will be conducted within 5 working days, or the SAHRA shall appeal the granting of the Amended EA.
