Please be advised as follows: -
- There is already a new gate, painted black on the Hoog Street facade, this should have gone through the permit system to get it regularised. Remember that all changes on the erf, not only directly linked to the building, must go through the permit system. Please send a full set of all previously approved plans (elevations, site plan and floor plan) to see whether this gate was added illegally, or without a permit.
- If it was done without a permit, please complete Form I and pay R10 000 for rectification of illegal work.
- Secondly, upload a full set of plans numbered and coloured for the new proposed work (not as part of a report) but separately, with blocks showing: drawn by, date, drawing numer, etcetera and signed by the architect and the client. Plans cannot be stamped if the plans are not uploaded separately, numbered and coloured, including the floor plan, site plan and elevations.
- The building is of Classic Revival Style and not Cape Dutch Revival Style.
