Please be advised as follows: -

1. Send better/clearer photos of the back elevation of the house (not from an agle or oblique view), since it needs to be clear whether the proposed private gym and/or breakfast-areas were already built. 
2. Send photos of all areas inside the house where additions and alterations were proposed for instance the private office space.
3. If any of the proposed work was already carried out, the client needs to complete Form I and pay R10 000 for rectification of illegal work.
