The Parliament Collection:
Inside a gallery, on the left a group dressed in tattered clothing, thin and obviously hungry looking at pictures of soldiers. A well-dressed man sits on green bags marked the Fat of the Land. Depicts the British Foreign Secretary, Lord Castlereagh, telling a ragged group of people the advantages of emigrating to the Cape of Good Hope, which he describes as a land of milk and honey.
