The Parliament Collection:
Group of men around a fire. All are seated except for the one who is placing wood on the fire. On the right one of the men is cutting up a buffalo (?) with a spear while a gun and three spears lie in the left foreground. In the background four men wait, it seems, to ambush the others. (Part of a collection, see 1839)
