The permit application in respect of the above, received on 1 January 2025 reviewed by the KwaZulu-Natal Amafa and Research Institute (The Institute) on 15 January 2025 refers.  

Please be advised as follows:

• The application was discussed however, the committee could not take a decision on your application due to insufficient information provided.
• There were no previously approved drawings provided, therefore, you are required to provide previously approved plan.
• The photographs provided were google maps images. Kindly provide current photographs of internal spaces, all four sides of the structure's exterior and streetscape photographs.

Written responses/requests for reconsideration of the application or consideration of new information must be loaded to the case on Sahris (email [email protected]).

Required additional information or revised drawings must be submitted within six months from the date of this letter or the application will lapse, and a new application will be required.
