The construction of a tourism facility on Portion 17 of the Farm Welgevonden 93 JR, Dinokeng Game Reserve, City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality.
Although the project triggers a Basic Assessment in terms of NEMA - the total footprint will only be 2140m2 (below 5000m2) and no S38 activities are therefore triggerd in terms of the National Heritage Act.
GDARD however still require comments from SAHRA - hence the requirement for this application.
