The SAHRA notes the submission of the HIA and FSR. However, the SAHRA request the applicant to amend the .kml file uploaded on SAHRIS to accurately map the exact location(s) of the proposed development as presented in the HIA and FSR. Additionally, the DBAR, along with its appendices must be uploaded to the case.

The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 23(1)b of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment. Further comments will be issued upon receipt of the above requested reports.
