Interim Comment

The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) notes the submission of the heritage screener. However, the SAHRA requests the following information:

• Complete and correct heritage screener report date.
• An amended .kml file must be submitted to map the entire development area as a polygon and not a single point.
• The DEIA along with its appendices must be submitted to the case.

The applicant is advised to extend the EA process in terms of section 23(1)b of the NEMA EIA regulations in order to address this comment. Further comments will be issued upon receipt of the above requested reports.
