REFERRAL LETTER

Please be advised as follows: -

1. Taken into consideration that work was already done illegally, R10 000 is payable for rectification of illegal work. Only R3300 was paid, including the scope of work, R2500 and R800, but R800 is only for proposed work and this is not an application to approve new work but a request to condone illegal work. The admin fee for condonation of illegal work is R10 000. Please upload the proof of payment of R10 000 onto SAHRIS.
2. Secondly, clarify if all work was already completed and whether some work are still outstanding? If there are still work outstanding then Form A needs to be completed for new proposed work.

Written responses/requests for review of the decision taken must be received via email to [email protected] within 30 days of the date of this letter or any decision contained herein will be considered final.
