Demolition of the dilapidated structure

The municipality intends to demolish the said property to reduce crime activities in the CBD. The property will be totally demolished and the rubble be cleared to ensure that it becomes a vacant site that can be disposed for any new development which will create employment opportunities. The municipality will identified a suitable piece of land for the disposal of rubble to ensure that it complies with Environmental and Health measures.
