Install 15x64kVA transformers, 12 new transformer zones & 3 upgrades of existing
Install data concentrators per new transformer zone

Build 12 700m dual phase with open wire Fox conductor
Build 1400m 70mm2 3C ABC for first span from the transformer.

Use 6mm² service conductor
