In a clearing in the bush are two loaded wagons with six figures three sitting, one sleeping and one standing around an iron pot and a back view of a woman wearing a kappie the background. Descriptive text attached to the back of the work: "The Boers depicted here are typical transport riders who transported goods over long distances, from Cape and Natal into the Transvaal and even further north."
