Rakhoi Solar

The applicant proposes to establish the Rakhoi Solar PV Facility with an aimed generation capacity of over 300Mw and associated grid infrastructure on Portion 3 of the Farm Rakhoi 5.
The facility will comprise the following:

• Solar PV Array - 550Wp Mono Crystalline Bi facial modules.
• BESS (Battery Energy Storage Solutions) – The BESS will be situated on a 400 square
meters concrete platform.
• Associated Grid Infrastructure (132Kv Lines or 400Kv Lines and a collector substation)
o Monopole heights of 33m.
o Substations – 2500 square meters.
• Site access road and internal roads. Road construction could necessitate roads of
more than 8m for the access roads and 4-6m for internal roads.
• Temporary and permanent laydown area
• Operations and maintenance buildings – 50 square meters
• Pipelines from boreholes to enclosed steel reservoirs will have an internal diameter of
0.36 meters.
